Returns & Damaged Goods Policy
At Tube Bending Company Ltd, we take great pride in the quality of our products and service. As all our tube and bend components are manufactured to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on bespoke or custom fabricated items.
Non-Returnable Goods
Due to the nature of our work, all items are made to your exact specifications and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable. We recommend carefully reviewing your order details before confirming, as once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we will, of course, work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
- You must notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing info@tubebendingco.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
- We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange for repair, replacement, or rework of the item.
